Who we are
Poise & Power Pilates Wellness Studio is a Pilates wellness studio opening in Waco, Texas. For anything about your information, email info@poiseandpowerpilates.com.
What we collect
When you email, call or text us, we receive your name, the contact details you use and whatever you choose to tell us. When you book a class or appointment, or buy a membership or session pass, you enter your details into WellnessLiving, the booking system this site embeds; those details are described in the next section.
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will say so and name the service.
Booking data and WellnessLiving
Bookings, purchases and account data are processed by WellnessLiving Systems Inc. under its own privacy policy, published at wellnessliving.com/privacy-policy. We access that data to run classes, appointments and memberships, and for nothing else.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone beyond the processor named above, unless the law requires it.
Marketing
If you ask to join the early list, we will email you about the studio’s opening and its classes. Every message tells you how to stop them, and a reply asking us to stop is enough.
Retention and your rights
We keep contact and booking information for as long as you are a client or an early-list subscriber, and no longer than we need it to run the studio. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@poiseandpowerpilates.com.
Region-specific rights
We operate in Texas, United States. If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. Email us and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Updates
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
